When you book a service or interact with our site, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, and payment method. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services, improving our offerings, and communicating with you about your project or appointment.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties outside of those necessary to operate our business (e.g., payment processors, booking systems). All information is stored securely, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

By using our services, you consent to this policy.

 By booking a service with Prestige Creative Services, you agree to the following terms:

• Any creative work produced during our engagement — including but not limited to branding assets, social media content, strategy documents, video content, and design templates — is considered jointly owned by you (the client) and Prestige Creative Services.
   
• Prestige reserves the right to display completed work, including portions of deliverables, in promotional materials, client case studies (The Receipts), portfolio content, and other marketing efforts.
   
• All content and strategies are developed in alignment with your business goals. Unauthorized resale, duplication, or misrepresentation of Prestige’s work without acknowledgment is prohibited.
   
• We do not work with individuals under the age of 18. By booking with us, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
   
• Our services are provided in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

We value your time and ours. Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable.

However, we understand that things come up. You may reschedule your appointment once, up to 2 weeks from the original scheduled date, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

To request a reschedule, please email us directly at booking@prestigecreativeservices.com with your appointment details. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your session and payment.
